Support Tibet, their culture, country and way of life.

Abomination brutality of totalitarian-style Chinese government, destruction in neighbouring country Tibet, politically spiteful action against Tibetans, and bullying of Ugyhurs, Hong Kongese, Mongolians for example.
Tibet is a predominant high-altitude plateau often called the “Roof of the World”. It is home to the Tibetan Plateau, an extensive region averaging over 4,000 meters (13,000 feet) in elevation. While arable farming exists in southern valleys, the vast uplands and northern steppes are predominantly defined by nomadic pastoralism. The unique genetic and physiological adaptations of Tibetans to high-altitude low oxygen.
Key Geographic and Cultural Features
- The Environment: Most of the plateau is a harsh, arid alpine steppe and cold desert, making it largely unsuited for conventional crop agriculture but ideal for grazing.
- Nomadic Livelihoods: Millions of Tibetan nomads and semi-nomads sustain themselves by herding livestock, primarily relying on yaks, sheep, and goats (such as the Changthangi breed).
- Political Status: Tibet is politically administered as an autonomous region of the People’s Republic of China (the Tibet Autonomous Region) alongside ethnic Tibetan areas in neighbouring provinces (Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu).
- Cultural History: The region is home to a rich indigenous history and the epicenter of Tibetan Buddhism.
***The Tibetan people are not harming anyone. They are living their lives in their spiritual home and with their deeply rooted and profound cultural heritage. They navigate by their inner dharma practice.***
Tibet is a human rights issue as well as a civil and political rights issue. But there’s something else too – Tibet has a precious culture based on principles of wisdom and compassion. This culture addresses what we lack in the world today; a very real sense of inter-connectedness. We need to protect it for the Tibetan people, but also for ourselves and our children.

Campaign to End War Globally
It is necessary to win the battle to overcome the forces of negativity within each of us, every day.
Good is greater, but only if we look after, nurture it and let it flourish. It requires pro-active action.
Not stand idly by, but living the practice.
It is the only way to a safer more just and compassionate world.
Hate action only begets more hate in the person(s). His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the Tibetan people’s chosen spiritual leader. His Holiness supports the Tibetan people in their rights, proactive (non-violent) resistance from persecution and advocates for informed dialogue with the Chinese government, which sadly is denied.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama promotes the practice of compassionate societies, starting with the individual, in the home, in families, groups etc. Compassion is counter antidote to fixated mind patterns, which simply continue to attract that and then with that kind of power, the mind is possessed. In current times this is also seen in Putin’s War for example. Millions dead for one man’s grievance is barbaric, truly inhuman. Enough! One life is worth more than going to war, never mind millions, it’s incomprehensible. War is not wanted by all but a possessed few, than why on earth are measures not in place to prevent this? Man is supposedly the most intelligent species, this means the ability to master oneself and sort out issues in a civilised manner.
Allowing such atrocities is not action in present level awareness, with the right cooking going on, (in accordance with right thinking). No being wants to suffer, all want freedom. All beings want happiness. The true causes of happiness is: in generating loving kindness, compassion, inner awareness etc, in the mind (mindstream mental continuum), as we go this amazing opportunity of a precious human life!
A world-wide issue of Re-education
With regard to inner conscious awareness up-levelling of the public at large. The problem is, by the time the consciousness is developed, people are already patterned by their upbringing, environment etc, subconsciously, (their reaction to this through body, speech and mind; or thoughts, feelings and actions (results) which forms neural networks in the brain and so forth, but largely unaware of this (still adolescents at the time this programming took place). Traditionally schooling adds on top of this patterning, it does not change it.
The individual is tasked with consciously relearning in harmony with natural laws governing mind and this universe we are in, in the present now. This is an inner type of whole-learning experience, which so many describe as the real taste of when their true freedom first began.
Some while ago, I remember Oprah Winfrey quote from Mark Twain:
“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”
Dharma practice for example, is inner aware-based practice guidance for the mind, based upon a science of reality of all phenomena, and potentiality which true nature is ultimate reality (the realisation of the emptiness of awareness, or emptiness of the appearances to the mind. Like a rainbow in the sky, which appears but is empty, empty but appears).
Relative reality is in the nature of dependent origination and functions conventionally (See: Tsongkhapa’s clear exposition). Consciousness is in the nature of cause, effects and conditions- all phenomena of both self and other are empty of inherent existence; transient in nature. For example this is why the physical body ages, and why “you” can not put your hand in the same river twice, for neither “you,” (the labelled self upon a collection of parts of body and mind), or the river are the same, moment to moment.
With a direct yogic perception of the ultimate reality- (of the awareness experiencing- of awareness looking at itself, the empty nature of mind), cut adherence to the mere labelling by the mind of a me-self and the mine, (which creates the appearance of duality, then experienced by the mind). The mind is thus freed to abide in its own intrinsic non-dual, indivisible awareness. The mind sees through the appearances of the forms to the mind, in the experience of direct awareness of its own awareness of mind itself.
In today’s world people are caught in overwhelm and lack of inner aware focus, which is required to guide the mind (inside-out). This is because this basic literacy of understanding how mind works is not taught in school. The overwhelm is a result of not being in the awareness drivers seat inside, and instead inundated in overstimulation on the outside from all angles. Instead of this, by learning and training to develop a calm inner alert awareness practice inside, mind can learn to let go of the outer snowstorm, which disturbs river city or activity of the mind. Perhaps, could draw an analogy to the old early television sets. There was a fuzzy snowstorm on the screen, until a broadcast tuned in.
In unawareness, people are strangely loyal to subconscious patterning, (because they are currently wired to that mentally and emotionally), that does not serve mind’s awareness evolution. It is stuck in its own rut.
Consumerism sells us a cigar called hamlet for example, in the rut. (You get the idea).
People lose their freedom to their crappy habits. (A slow anesthetised death. Just wanna be happy, some temporary relief). Working to pay for the bad habits (the ignorance). The demand of the unconscious masses affects supply, so now for example (the quick hit sugar) sugar fills the supermarkets. The bacteria in the gut are changed and the feedback to the brain is to crave the sugar. So this crappy cycle continues and now o-d-ing on sugar, as it is in so many of the consumable products. Low resonant vibration attracts similar low-grade or non-thinking habits, adversely affecting health and results. The beings are operating largely in automation and unaware, largely subconscious states.
Installing active awareness habits of mind early on is key, to a happy and onward evolving, healthy life.
It is necessary to “spruce” up the thinking so to speak, (learn a science of thinking and apply it consistently in action). By pro-actively planting the right awareness in the mindstream, (this is done as we go this life), this changes the vibration (the experience and energy in the mind and body), that will help the being to climb out of the rut.
Training the mind (this is required on the relative level)
Consider training the mind in recognising its own awareness, like learning to ride a bike. This is not done by accident it is done deliberately, like when you pedal.
Now imagine an old pair of apothecary measuring scales.
Beings have a lot of unconscious habit which weighs down one side of the scales, and not much in the other side which represents the inner awakening mind practices.
It is necessary to do deliberate awakening mind activities, which counts as depositing in the up side of the scales. Humans don’t know to do this, because we are not taught this consciously, and this requires being taught explicitly. Furthermore the being is paying attention to subconscious bias (without realising it), what is “normal for them,” the familiar voice of the ego-self (the subconscious pattern), and finding safety in the outside holodeck, which reflects the current state/ experience of mind.
The human practices to train the mind regularly, (even when they don’t want to, (this is simply ego-self-adherence/ virus code pattern kickback, resisting the change, of the counter-virus antidote). Instead they learn to lean into that discomfort. The regular exercise plants cells of recognition and better awareness insight. This is the mind’s awareness gps that it uses to navigate. The human learns to be a continuous happy inner planter, and experience the benefit of planting those fields. 😌
Notes section
Q: What is a crappy habit?
A: It doesn’t serve you or others. It is taking away from your life (livingness), not adding to it. Even though there may appear to be some temporary gain. It is being fed from confusion, (or a lower order state), not a higher order state. When our life improves it is not by accident but by deliberate action, from a deeper space of awareness and intelligent order.
The space mind utilises- experiences is full (something on the spectrum between confusion or awareness and oscillating between) at any one time. Humans all have the same 24 hours but how we utilise that precious window, varies greatly.
To change a bad habit to a good or better one, starts to pay you (here we use “pay” in the full sense of the word, meaning putting you in the way of the abundance in the universe) straight away, although you may not see the results immediately.
Our job is to continue the new good habit until it is recoded within us, and then one’s being continues to pick up the benefit of that for the rest of one’s life. Good or good?
When we work from alignment, (in harmony) with the universal laws governing mind and the universe we are in, and help others likewise- by holding up that inner practice inside (like pedalling a bike) as we go into each event/ situation, it’s win:win, all benefit.
The practice task is to maintain inner mindfulness.
The problem is not that this is difficult, although it seems so to begin with. (Like any new habit, until it is formed). This is because the mind is not trained to operate in a clear channel. It becomes distracted by its unaware habitual circuitry, and dead ends etc and walk the dog patterns and so forth for example.
At school we were not explicitly taught the science of thinking as a separate subject, and it is a science; nor that of clear decision making. As previously mentioned nor are we schooled on the basics of how the mind works, which is necessary for healthy mental and emotional functioning. The earlier this priceless education is taught to us the better.
Drawing on the bike analogy again, and using this to represent one’s inner mindfulness… You do not fall off the bike, unless you stop pedalling. Gradually through applying consistent effort, (initially in short sections, gradually extending to longer ones), the mind learns to stay on the bike (metaphorically speaking), maintaining inner awareness.
